Productions
We produce and co-produce films that centre migrant and refugee voices and experiences. From early seed commissions to full-scale partnerships, we support bold stories from concept to screen.
Our latest partnership with Climate Spring includes a commissioning call for feature film and television projects exploring the vital intersection of climate change and migration.
We work closely with filmmakers, advocating for equitable models that protect creative ownership, strengthen long-term benefit for storytellers, and challenge extractive industry practices.
We work across independent film, TV and digital content.
Rendered in Light (2025)
When Mosab, a skilled software engineer, is separated from his wife and children as they evacuate Gaza for emergency medical care, he’s left behind with only uncertainty and a laptop. Alone in a city under siege, he begins building something extraordinary: a virtual reality program designed to help survivors of genocide cope with mental trauma.
As genocide rages around him, Mosab immerses himself in creating digital worlds of calm and reflection. The film follows his journey as he balances the emotional weight of his own loneliness with a relentless drive to serve others. Through acts of kindness and innovation, he finds a way to preserve his own mental health, turning grief into action, and despair into purpose. His work and the benefit it brings his community eventually makes him a target for Israel.
This film, directed by Maria Marrone, is an intimate portrait of resilience, exploring how one man’s compassion and creativity become tools for survival.

Allies in Exile (2026)
For 14 years, Syrian filmmakers Hasan Kattan and Fadi Al-Halabi have journeyed together through war and storytelling. Their bond was forged on the frontlines of revolution where their cameras recorded terror and hope, laughter and heartbreak – moments that defined a generation.
Years later, their story takes an unexpected turn. Confined inside a UK asylum hotel, Hasan and Fadi document a new chapter shaped not by bombs, but by waiting, bureaucracy, and exile. Amid rising anti-refugee hostility, they turn the camera inward, exploring friendship and displacement and how filming itself becomes an act of survival when the future is so uncertain.

Palestine Comedy Club
When six Palestinian comedians hit the road to tour a stand-up show across Palestine and Israel, their search for humour amidst the injustice of everyday Palestinian life becomes a plea for humanity in the face of brutal war.
There are no comedy clubs - or even a tradition of stand-up comedy - in Palestine. The country is also carved up by walls, fences and checkpoints that create divisions in culture and quality of life between towns. As such, developing a comedy show that can speak to these very different audiences is a herculean task.
Palestine Comedy Club is a quest to find joy in the tragedy of Palestinian life, and create connection against the odds through a common love of laughter.
Directed by Alaa ‘Regash’ Aliabdallah and produced by Charlotte Knowles (Tough Crowd)
